Broken Dryer Belt.
I came home from work to notice the dryer singing a different tune than usual. I opened the door and noticed that the tub wasnt turning. I popped the top of the dryer up to find a disentigrated belt. Fired up the computer and in a few minutes had ordered the $8 ($15 including shipping) replacement belt. 3 Days later took the shopvac and cleaned up the lint and broken belt pieces. Installed the new belt and was back in business with my 8 year old dryer. ** The only complaint comes from my wife who got her hopes up for a new front load washer and dryer** thanks partselect for saving my wallet in more than one way!

the blower wheel cracked and won't turn on the axle
removed the cover over the blower wheel. Released the clamp and retaining ring. put the new blower wheel back on the axle with the slot so it couldn't rotate on its own. Reset the clamp and rings, put the cover back on the blower and put the face of the dryer back on and rehooked the vent hose and electric and was back in business. Took about 20 minutes with the new parts

Dryer would not turn on
These two parts would keep the dryer from starting but were not my problem. I misdiagnosed this problem. Using a meter to check continuity across the terminals, I checked these two parts and one looked like it had resistance. It did and was suppose too. Not having anything to compare to I ordered both parts. The actual problem was a heat switch that is tucked around the back of the dryer, up against the heating element. It has two white wires running to it. I tested it and it was open. When I joined the wires together, my dryer worked.

Dryer wouldnt start.
Unplugged the dryer, popped the top open, removed the old fuses and installed the new ones. Even removed the front panel & vacuumed out all the built up lint that had caused the fuses to blow. The video available on your site showing how to make the repair was excellent. Showed me everything I needed to know.

dryer wouldn't spin or heat
I put in the symptoms and was told that 66% of the time it was the high limit thermostat and fuse. I ordered the part and watched the instruction video. The configuration of the dryer was exactly as shown in the video so the installation went very smooth. The dryer has been working perfectly ever since.

My dryer would not start
I went on this site and started to search for possible parts that I thought I could change out that would make my dryer run after having changed out my time that wasn't broken (lol). I stubbled across the section that had troubleshooting tips on it . Wow I couldn't believe my dryer was on there!!! So I looked at the number 1 problem most people had with this model dryer and it was the high limit kit. So I figured for $22.00 what would it hurt so I ordered it and it got to me in 2-3 days and it was soooooooooo easy to change . I couldn't believe I was thinking of buying a new dryer . My old dryer has been drying clothes ever since and no problems . I owe it all to this site . Thanks guys at partselect and everyone else out there that took the time and left comments . It saved me $500.00 that I didn't have to spend after the holidays . You guys are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

couildn't see the belt tensioner and hold it back at the same time
I drilled two holers in the side of the cabinet 1 inch apart. I put them at the same height as the tensioner spring. I put the string through 1 hole and around the tensioner. I pulled the string through the other hole and had my son hold the tensioner back while I reached in and lined up the belt on the tensioner while my son let out the string slowly.
