dishes weren't getting clean, dishwasher was making a racket
I removed the old nut and the wash arm, cleaned the screen, clipped the plastic circle into the arm, placed it on top of the screw and screwed in the new nut. Works great, nice clean dishes, and......no noise at all. Did this all myself, and ordered the part from you. The old nut was stripped. I almost bought a new dishwasher.

Needed to replace the water tube, especially, on the middle spray arm.
I watched the video and went to work on the project. I did come to a moment when I thought the mount component was different on my system relative to the replacement, but one more quick look at a point in the video and I was ready to finish the job. By the way, it was good to see even the demonstrator had a wee bit of a struggle with the stop clips. :o)

had ro replace a broken water sprayer (only way I know how to desribe it) which was mounted on the top rack
It was really easy. I took out the top rack, unscrewed the sprayer from the rack, screwed in a few items and snapped the thing into place. It was easy. If I were competent, the repair could easily have been done in under half an hour. It did not help having my wife and children laughing at me as I bumbled through everything,

retainer nut had broken off
I reset the wash arm on the plastic washer and screwed in the retainer nut. Easy, easy. As someone else mentioned, it took more time to open the box. The problem was getting the broken half of the retainer nut out of the dishwasher. I had professional assistance for that.

tube to upper arm needed to be replaced
Without knowing the name or model number of the part I needed, I was able to figure out the correct part by your online description and pictures. I was somewhat apprehensive when the part came because it was a different design than what came with my old dishwasher. The funnel end and tube are now one piece which I now realize is better. I watched an online video on how to install the part and read the instructions. The parts would only fit one way, this great, you can't install it wrong.

Both door springs broken
I followed the instructions in your video. BUT I could not pull the dishwasher out in order to easily access the spring area due to two layers of tile flooring. It would have taken about 15 minutes if there had been easy access but I had to lie on the floor and try to reach under everything to get out the old springs and then to fish the new springs around to get back in place. So it ended up taking about 2 hours of aggravation to finally accomplish the task-but I DID IT!!! Signed, Determined 62 YO woman

Geting the Fan off
I used a socket to hold the motor front pulley and then I tried with a Vice Grip to hold the square part of the fan to breake it loos, but the vice grip only sliped and rounded the square part, so I had turn the fan by hand to get it loos. After that it went good. I also changed the dum ring and bearing kit. Now it runs like new again.
