A rat chewed three hoses, but luckily did not chew the water supply!
Start by removing the dishwasher from cabinet. Oh, don't forget to turn off water supply and also don't forget to install a plug on garbage disposer so when your other half uses the sink while you are outside you don't end up with a leak! Both supplied hoses installed easily, the third which I used semi flexible clear tubing with clamps deemed more difficult to bend, so I soaked the hose in very hot water to make it more pliable thus making the bends easily. I then had to wait until I was sure I captured the culprit before re-installing the unit.Your sales person was very informative and knowledgable and helped immensely!

No water pressure in upper or lower diswasher spray arm assemblies
The Parts select video instructions for this part are pretty much spot on. The grinder assembly broke where it attached to the circulator pump impeller shaft. The screen became totally clogged and thus no water pressure to the diswasher spray arms. The only thing Id add would be to verify the circulator pump impeller is in good shape after removing the old grinder assembly and that you are able to rotate it by hand in case the impeller motor itself is seized or the impeller is jammed. Once the grinder assy was replaced good water pressure and cleans like a champ.

Door Seal Leaked Due To Poor Design After Years Of Use
To Prevent This Problem: Make Sure Your Utensils And Items You Are Washing DO NOT Rub Against The Door Seal When Pulling Out The Bottom Rack To Emptying The Dish Washer... The Original Door seal is held in place in a metal channel. To remove it you just carefully pull out the old seal. It is recommended that prior to installing the new seal you clean the channel and then put silicon sealant in the channel and install the new seal. Be nice and neat and just cut off the Silicon Tube Nozzle so about a 1/8 in bead of silicon comes out of the tube and goes into the channel. Make sure the channel is filled with silicon evenly (you get more than enough in the tube). Push in the seal so that it seats properly, and most importantly so that the ends of the seal extend past the ends of the channel. (I don't know why the manufacturer can't provide a new seal that is 3 inches longer than required, instead of 1 inch longer than required. Its easy to cut off the excess.)... Of course it takes 24 hours for silicon to fully cure and the curing process should be accomplished with the dishwasher door Closed and Latched. (Instructions are included in the repair kit) ...

Should have been simple repair. Door panel would not come loose. Seems they used adhesive on the door panel and the styraform insulation. Did not want come loose and put back together as I did not want to destroy or bend door panel and insulation. Any advice on how to remove!
Put back together could not pull apart without damaging door panel and insulation.

Dishes not clean on top rack. Very little water spraying.
I followed the "Installation Video for Chopper Assembly". No problems except chopper cover was hard to remove. Be careful to install new part with gear engaged and screen correctly inserted in grove. See my pic of old clogged screen/broken chopper.

DW door would not close and "catch"
Model was not on websites, so I guessed at similar model and parts - they were wrong. So I took DW door apart and got part numbers that I re-ordered. The returned parts were promptly credited !! The new parts worked with 2 or 3 tries. Helpful hint on web was that someone found only one spring on the side of the handle - obviously puts uneven strain on the handle that broke. So I installed 2 springs. So - no more KitchenAid for me - the door springs are next to go - but thanks PartSelect
