Both heating elements would not work.
After shutting off the power, I removed the door and oven racks. Then, by using a screwdriver, I removed each element one at a time and replaced with the new element. Each element pulled away from the back wall and was connected electrically by Sta-Kon connectors. All went well, and the unit was operational in about 30 minutes. I still have to remove the oven from the wall to replaced the two door springs.

The switch on the exhaust fan for the grill part of the stove went bad. I found the part on your site easily , ordered it and got it within 4 days.
I simply looked at the new switch , to see how it fastened in the stove. It had plastic clips that were easily depressed to allow the swithch to be removed. I removed it , (after turning the circuit breaker off to the stove) removed the three wires , and replace them on the new switch and simply pushed it in the space. It snapped in place , and the job was done . Works great!

Heating Element broken
My husband wanted me to call a repair man but I had read online how easy it was. I received my element in one day from Fresno, CA and followed the instructions given by others on line. I couldn't believe how easy it was. The most difficult was removing the connectors because they were stuck. I used needle nose pliers as someone suggested. Saved the cost of a repair man.

Broken Oven Door
This is an easy fix. Just before the holidays, it was imperative that this appliance be in top shape. Since the door 'hung' wrong, it was determined that the hinge pin broke. Remove the 2 phillips head screws on the door and open the door to the to a 15 degree opening. This position allows you to slip the door off the hinge levers. Now that the door is off, replace the hinge pin and slip the retainer ring on with a screw driver blade to push it on the pin. Slide the door back on the levers and fasten the retainer screws. DONE!

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

Broken Belt on Wave Disperser
The microwave is the upper unit of combination microwave & conventional oven. Disconnect power to the unit. Slide unit out of built-in cabinet to expose the top shield of the microwave. Remove 5 screws holding top cover in place. Remove cover, which exposes the belt reel and drive motor. Install the new belt by threading it on the drive motor pulley, then walk the new belt on the stirrer pulley. Replace the top cover and reinstall the 5 screws. Reinstall the combination unit in the wall cabinet. Reconnect electrical power. Task Complete. The belt just seem to die of old age about every seven year. Without the wave disperser operating, the microwave oven does not give even heating.

Electric burners where consistently intermittently working right. Sometimes they would work on High but not able to adjust to low heat. Sometimes they would just not want to come on at all. Occasionally there was a spark at the connection. If I jiggled the element just right it may or may not wo
Thought we was going to have to replace the range all together, due to most parts not being available for this model anymore. Since this is an expensive model, we did not look forward to having to replace it. So I thought just by chance I would check to see if anyone had parts to help in repairing it. Part Select did happen to have the Surface Plug-in block kit that was needed. After going at least a year with this problem, I am sooooo happy to say it is finally fixed and working great! Thanks much Parts Select.
