agitator quit turning
First of all I only needed the agitator repair kit only, I ordered a thrust spacer because the kit does not say it comes with one. It also comes with a new o-ring for the cover inside and a new seal for the mounting bolt. The extra spacer only cost me 3 bucks so no big deal, and dont worry about the 14 dollar tube of grease because you dont need it. I probably could have gotten away woth only replacing the cams but the whole kit was very cheap so I fugured I would replace it all. Most of the time was spent cleaning the soap goo from the inside of the agitator, so it all was pretty easy.

Water Leaked Into Tub
Note that my washer is over 14 yrs old. With the video I was able to make the repair. However, due to the age of my washer, the repair was not a direct swap - there was one simple preliminary step in addition to the video instructions. This preliminary step was described by instructions received with the part. My advise: always read and follow written instuctions no matter how simple they appear to be - it will save you a lot of time.

Water leaking into washer tub.
I followed the instructions from your web site, and it was very easy. I started to purchase a new washer, but after watching the instructions I thought I would give it a shot. I am 67 and this was my first ever washing machine project. Thanks for your service and web site. If I need help or parts in the future, I know where to go. You saved me a lot of $$$.

Top agitator did not move
The video instruction was very clear and to the point. However it would have nice to have had a tube of lubricant included in the kit, or at least let it be known at the order point that it was needed

I assembled the agitator kit, pulled the fabric softener off, removed the bolt holding the agitator on, removed agitator, seperated the top and bottom section, reinstalled the bottom section, pulled the old agitator kit out of the top and bottom of the top agitator section, replaced with new agitator kit, put top agitator on the bottom section, replaced bolt, pushed the fabric softener back on and washed clothes.

Top Agitator Not Engaging
Just follow the partselect video connected to the part! I have tracked down some appliance parts locally in the past but I must say that using partselect was so much easier and educational than driving across town and/or making calls. For $10, the 10yr old washer is back and operational as it should be. It's only about a 15 minute job but after reading other comments here, I went ahead and cleaned the scum(yes you have it too) on the inside of both the bottom and top agitator pieces. If I need appliance parts, I will be back to partselect. Ordered Sun at 930p and got part Tue at 10a. Great Job! Great Service! Good to see it still exists out there.

agitator wasn't turning
The repair kit that I ordered was a long cam and mine was short.(I didn't know there were 2 sizes) Since I only needed the dogs replaced I took them out of the long cam and replaced them in my cam. No problem it was very easy and anyone could do it. I saved myself a repair bill and showed everyone that a woman can do it too.

agitator was barely moving
I ordered the Agitator Repair Kit (very inexpensive), the shipping was sooner than expected. The instructions were very easy to follow, I removed the agitator from the machine, every part that I needed to know about was listed on my instructions. I replaced all of the old parts with the new kit and put the agitator back in. The only tool that I needed was a socket set and my washer is working better than ever before. I will be buying parts for my appliances from here every time I need one.
