Unpllug the cooktop and turn off the gas supply. Remove the grates and burners.(they just lift out). Using a torx screwdriver, remove all the torx screws below where the burners sit. There are three screws per burner, except the power burner which has only two screws. Genly lift the stainless steel cooktop, separating it from the rest of

the enclosure. Hold the electrodes with one hand, while gently twisting and pulling the wire connector off. Now, remove the aluminum covered foam piece. You will now have acess to the wiring harness assembly. Disconnect the quick connectors and replace with the new assembly. Re-assemble in the reverse order and you're done. About 1.5 to 2 hours. Grate Foot had worn out
A rubber grate foot on my range top had worn out. I pulled the worn foot out and installed the new grate foot with no tools or accessories. Good as new! Now I don't have to worry about the grate scraping my range top and scratching the paint. I also ordered extras so I won't have to wait if another wears out.
