Broken ring guide-tray wouldn't turn
partselect.com was so easy and great. I typed in my microwave's model number, and a line drawing of the part I needed popped up. What was especially great is that the drawing was angled so that I could see that the center part of the ring that goes down into the hole to turn the tray, the part broken on mine, was clearly shown so I knew that that part that I desperately needed the most was included. The part arrived fast. We put it in in a matter of seconds, and presto! We were back in microwave business, making popcorn, etc. Thank you!!!!

The existing rotator ring guide broke
My wife lifted out the broken part and dropped in the new ring guide. It was a direct replacement part that fit perfectly and now works great. She was also the one to diagnose the problem, research and order the part.

turntable would not turn
Microwave would not heat food evenly with the new rotating ring guide i ordered it was as easy to replace as one, two, three. Took out the old ring guide and replaced it with the new one it was simple because it could only go in one way. i had it done faster than the time it took to write this. i love it works great food heats up evenly and it was a lot cheaper than a new microwave.

Broken Rotating Ring Guide
The groove inside the microwave that the rotating ring guide traveled was rusted due to moisture; the rusted groove caused the rotating ring guide to lag, putting pressure on the ring guide until it broke. I sanded the rusted area and repainted. The interior of microwave looks like new and the rotating ring guide now has a smooth surface to rotate. The ring guide was very simple to install without any tools.
