One of the burners in one of the glass ceramic cooktops stopped working.
I first thought it was the switch. I ordered one and the wrong one was shipped to me FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. After more trouble shooting I discovered it was the cartridge that needed to be replaces. I ordered one and again, the wrong one was shipped to me. They told me I could not get the right part because they were not made anymore.
So, I shipped it back and got in touch with Part Select. They found the right part and shipped it to me in 2 days. Problem fixed with the EXACT right part. I ordered the first part more than two months prior to receiving the correct part from PartSelect. All I had to do was plug it in to the recepticle in the stove. No tools required.
It is so easy. Once I found the right size of filter from the website, I ordered it right away. It came in 3 days and I just need to take out the old one and insert the new one. No instruction is necessary. By the way, the price of the filter is one third of that from Jenn-air.
It was so easy. I just unplugged the old catridge and plugged the new one. Thanks for the fast and great service at a competetive price. I am a very satisfied customer who will definitely be returning and recommending your service.
just wanted another set of burners before Thanksgiving or Christmas rolled around and all I have ever had was two plus the grill part of my Jenn-Air. But I did find your site very easy to use and the delivery was very prompt and the packaging was wonderful. I have bookedmarked your site so that if I need anything again for my kitchen I will look at you first.
I took them out of the box, Took the old Elements out and put the new ones in, It was a piece of Cake, You have wonderful girl working for you, she was just great. thanks for the good service. my range looks like a new now. Nora
The original grease filter was damaged in our dishwasher (it is quite fragile) and needed to be replaced.
1. Remove the exhaust vent cover, located in the center of the top of the range. It just lifts off. 2. Swivel the clamp 90 degrees to release the filter. 3. Remove the filter and throw it away 4. Place new filter in place and lock in place by rotating the swivel clamp back 90 degress. 5. Replace the exhaust vent cover
Repair was very easy for anyone to do,Just lift the old element cartridge up and pull out,And insert new the one! Very simple it took less than two minutes. The New element cartridge(stainless steel) Fits perfectly and functions perfectly.Ordered parts on a Saturday and they arrived Monday! impressive!!
All I had to do was remove the old insert with the two burners in it and clean under it, then insert the new one! It was really simple. I didn't even need my husband to help!
