dishwasher making scraping noise when running
Took the dishwasher apart, then went the website and found an extra part. The discharge pump housing had broken into two parts. Order the patrs needed, they came in two days and put the dishwasher back together. It was easy with the help of the website and runs like almost new

Not cleaning bottom rack as wheels broke off
Snapped on 5 new wheels in under 5 minutes and this raised lower shelf to keep from hitting circulating water spigots beneath the shelf. Cleans like it was new again!

Dishracks were worn, pieces broke off
Replaced both upper and lower Dishracks, the Parts Select video shows how to replace the top rack but doesn't mention the lower one. Had a bit of a problem trying to figure out how to remove the spout on the bottom rack. Finally figured out, twist it counter clockwise to remove it and turn it clockwise to reinstall it onto the new lower rack.

The dishwasher would not go through each cleaning cycle except the light cycle.
Turned off the breaker at the electrical panel. Removed the screws from the panel door lifted the interior panel off to expose the interior face / components. I then disconnected the wire harness at the top right of the inside of the door, shifted the existing timer unit to the left and lifted the old unit out.The new timer unit was inserted in reverse of the removal. I was very glad to see how much alike the two units were. Replaced the panel, turned the breaker back on and set the dish washer at a normal cycle and let her run. Everything is now working perfectly.

Snap retainer broke, dealer said he couldn't get it. Found your website, ordered the part and it came by FedEx in four days,
The spray arm was badly limed up, so I cleaned out the spray holes, inserted the retainer and snapped the arm in place. Works perfectly. Thanks!!
