Tine latch: Upper Deck Front portion broke
The rack threads through this part. I needed to remove the rack along with this part by carefully unlocking the rack through its rear latch. Then I removed the protector cap of the portion of rack sticking through tine latch. Then carefully withdrew the rack from the tine latch. Then threaded the rack in the same way through the replacement latch. Then attached this latch with the rack to the tray and re-hooked the rear part. ONLY tricky part is to realize that rack needs to be removed along with the tine latch to be able to replace it.

Pump gasket melting and falling apartGetting black marks all over dishes and tupperware
The actual repair was pretty easy except the cleaning of the old gasket. It was melted and smeared all over the place, had to use mineral spirts to clean everything once i removed all the parts. Star screw driver with the power off i removed all the screws down to the pump, unlocked 3 locking clips from below the unit and removed the gasket without having to remove the motor. Cleaned everything and reassembled works perfect. use the diagram of that model to how to reassemble or take pictures

The glasses on the top rack had food particles in them after a wash cycle
I initially took everything out and cleaned everything with the shop vac, and outside with the garden hose. That did not work, so I looked on parts select for a new accumulator filter, as I was not able to clean that very well. To install the new filter, I removed the sliding racks, top and bottom, and the water manifold, then removed the lower wash arm, then the parts under that, the filter plate, the outlet, the impeller, all the way to the accumulator filter. After removing that, installation was the reverse. I also cleaned the middle washing arm, and the lower, as I noticed food particles blocking the outer holes. All is good now, and the dishwasher, which we use almost every day, is working fine.

The dishwasher door latch was broken and would not hold the door closed.
I unplugged the dishwasher under the sink. I opened the dishwasher up and took out the 12 screws holding the inside door facing on. I gently moved the door facing down towards the dishwasher to reveal the door locking mechanism at the top of the door. I unplugged the mechanism and plugged in the new one. I put the door back together the same way I had taken it apart. In all it took about 12 minutes. Works like a charm.

Dishwasher Did Not Clean And Drain Properly
Routine repair. There are videos on the net that show exactly how to replace the filter unit. However, when you order the filter, order a replacement pump impeller. The impeller must be removed to remove the filter on this model. The impeller was stuck on the shaft, and I had to destroy it with the side cutter pliers to get it off. Before putting the new one on, clean the pump shaft thoroughly and lube the shaft with silicon lube or vaseline jelly. Clean the bottom of the water pan thoroughly, then reassemble. Then pour one cup of vinegar in the bottom of the dishwasher and run it with no dishes. This will clean the inside of the dishwasher.
