The original ice eclosure broke
Turn off the appliance. There is a screw under the left side that must be removed. Then you will need to kind of push back and lift up on the old enclosure to remove. Once free, reach back on the left side and uncouple the wiring harness. You will need to squeeze in the top and bottom to free it. The hardest part was removing the ubolt off of the motor. I used my vice and a pair of waterpump pliers. Remember the threads are counter clockwise. Then it is just a matter of installing the old parts on the new enclosure and sliding it back in place. You will need to remove the water from the ice maker to get it to start again. Rather than removing it it pour the water out, I just soaked it up with a sponge.
