Broken upper spray arm and mount
This was so easy. I used a screw driver to remove the old arm and mount. The new arm and mount fit together with just one phillips head screw. This then "snapped" into place on the upper dishwasher rack. So glad I only spent the $40 on parts and shipping and did this myself versus the $175 price the repair man was going to charge.

The middle spray arm would not spin
I removed the upper spray arm using a nut driver and noticed that the upper spray arm mound was broken causing the spray arm to hit the side of the tray. It was easy to snap the old one off. I ordered a new spray arm kit and the upper arm mount. They came the next day and I installed it in 5 minutes. I put the mount on first (it clicked into place) and the rear support bracket. I screwed the new spray arm on to the bracket from the bottom.

First, I watched the repair video supplied by PartSelect! That video service is a Godsend and made the actual repair so easy! I was able to repair the dishwasher myself without the aid of my husband. Also, I was most pleased that I received the part inside of 48 hours of ordering it! I would not hesitate a moment before ordering any other repair parts from PartSelect!!

The tutioral video was very very helpful. It was great in showing step by step procedure. It was close up in showing part and how to install it. After watching the video and seeing how simple it was, we proceded to order the part and do it ourself instead of paying someone $$ to do it for us. Took only 15 minutes to replace.

Unit would not drain upon completion of the wash and rinse cycles
Replaced the lower seal, drain impeller, chopper blade, and wash impeller. Problem is still not solved but the inner parts have been replaced. Only thing logical next is the check valve. Unit cycles well and if I turn the dial to just before the rinse cycle and watch, I do see water draining from the unit...Of course while replacing these parts, I checked other things and found a loose spring behind the front cover. It can be seen on the diagram as it is part of the detergent door mechanism (or so I believe), but it is not clear on where the spring actually connects to.
