Ice guide was broken. A glued fix failed so it was time to replace.
Hardest part of the whole project was figuring out how to get the bezel off the door to expose the problem area. The rest was simply removal and replace parts. The actuator arm had epoxy on it from the attempted repair and had to be replaced. Easy fix. If you can use a screwdriver and pay attention of how it comes apart you can do this.

Ice maker not working
Our ice maker would work a few days then it would freeze up because it ran to much water in. I finally called Parts Select. The gentleman found the correct parts right away and I had them in two days. Took about 30 minutes to change out with a new unit. Only cost about 120 dollars. If I had known it would of been that easy and that cost effective I never would have took the time to un thaw it so many times with the blow dryer. Buy the new one, quick repair and gets rid of the head ache. Besides you will have ice when you need it. Good luck

condenser fan motor making alot of noise, possibly going out.
A bit of a tight squeeze for my hands, but very basic as I followed the instructions and watched the installation video. I only had the fridge unplugged for about 20 min..The fridge is as quiet, as it was brand new. The only tool I needed was the 1/4 inch socket wrench. A portable lantern was very helpful as well. Runs very quiet now, like new! Thx!!!

Opened the freezer door. Removed the ice bin from the freezer compartment. Removed with a nutdriver the two screws holding down the shaft holder (the triangular white plastic piece). Removed the shaft holder and the circular seal underneath. Pulled the hexagonal metal shaft up and out of the dispenser motor.
