Needed to replace the water filter for the refrigerator
I watched your online video on how to take out the old filter, and then to replace it with the new filter. It was as easy as on the video. Thanks!

Ice dispenser auger broke loose from Ice Enclosure
I followed the directions from John from Virginia Beach, with the added warning: Unplug the electrical connection and bring the whole ice enclosure out before you remove screws holding the relay and motor to it so you can see how it goes together. When you remove the relay, notice that a metal cylinder (Michael from Vienna Va calls it a magnet) slides out of it. If possible, keep this unit together. If it comes apart, notice there is a spring on this metal rod. Don't lose the spring and remember how it all goes back together. This job was just as easy as it should have been.

The biggest problem I had was finding how to remove the old broken support. I did a google search and found the answer on your web page, grab it with pliers and rotate it 90 degrease then pull straight out. Installing the new one was even easier just do the reverse.

Our ice and water dispenser was "running on" and spewing onto the floor each time it was used.
We removed the old part, which actually looked quite functional. We put on the new part, thinking that the repair was not going to be effective, and that we were going to need other parts. But, the refrigerator is working perfectly now, and I have no more run-ons onto the floor. THank you very much.

Lower hinge broke, causing the door to jump when open
It is the model with the french door. I unplugged it, removed two screws at the bottom of the door, while holding the door from sliding down. Removed the door and put it on its side. Removed one screw that was holding the hinge, removed the hinge and replaced it with the new one. Put the door back on (do not forget to reinstall the shims).
Did the same thing on the other door. After putting the door back on readjusted the height to level the door, using height adjustment screw. Lock the door in place. It now works better then new

Right hand bracket broke off in freezer section
At first I thought I had ordered the wrong bracket but all I had to do was push it up and pull down and it snapped right in place. If a 71 year old lady can do this any body can do it. Thank you for the fast service.

Ice Maker couldn't drop ice through the door.
I pulled the drive ring off of the icemaker and replaced it with the new part. Saved a $150 service call plus cost of part. It cost me a little over $11.00 and a repairman probably would have charged $30.

It was time to change the water filter.
All work was done by hand. I removed the cover plate, unscrewed the existing water filter and screwed in the new one. I returned the cover plate to its original position and bled the air out of the line by running the water dispenser for a few minutes. It could no have been easier.
