the center crisper rail broke
It was easy to find on the site because of the great diagram of my Amana and it was super easy to repair- just had to drop it in place - paid 20 dollars with shipping - Im sure it would have cost me over $100 if I would have called a repair man

Broken tabs on ends of Center Crisper Rail
First I watched the How To video on the repair process. Then I followed the steps on the video and was finished in no time at all. Very simple! The ordering and delivery of the product was also quick and efficient.

Light in Freezer Compartment Out
Changed bulb, not the problem, had to remove switch to identify correct choice to order (3 pronged verus 2) after that it was easy beyond having to stand on my head to make the exchange. (N B before removing old switch it actually came back to life)
