GE upright freezer not freezing .Which parts should I buy.

Thank you for your question. If your freezer is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the temperature control and the defrost timer. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. We ordered extra shelves with the model number of the refrigerator and they did not fit. Upon calling Frigidaire, we learned that the correct racks were sent but they are not the correct size!
