Bottom door gasket had fallen out.
I had tried to put the old gasket back in place while waiting for the new to arrive and in doing so, the gasket had gone up beyond reach. We removed the screws on the inside of the door and I was able to reach and remove the old gasket. After replacing the screws, I then simply slid the new gasket into place. Easy! If I can do it, anyone can. Flo

upper spray arm came off during wash cycle
We ordered a replacement spray arm, and thought we had received the wrong part, because it would not screw onto the tubing that come down from the top of the dishwasher. Called and did some troubleshooting with a customer service rep and ordered two more parts (gasket and grommet) that we thought might be necessary. They did not help. Called back in frustration and finally the person on the other end found a comment in someone else's instructions about holding the delivery tube still with a putty knife while screwing on the spray arm assembly. We followed that advice, and got the spray arm on. Actual time to put the new part on once we figured out the problem: less than 10 minutes. Time spent troubleshooting: over 2 hours.
