when refrig door open it made a "clicking" noise.
The noise was made due to a loose part. I took the refrigerator door off and replaced the closer plate and hinge bearing. This solved the problem.

door glide broke and door was hard to shut
it took longer to remove the food and all from the door than the repair. It was a very simple repair. two bolts to take the top hinge off, pulled the door off and set on counter, removed old, broken glide, slid new one in. I ordered both sides, but the closer plate was in great condition, so I didn't use it. put the door on, then the top hinge and now it shuts like new. total time to fix (minus taking the food out of the door and putting it back in) was about 10 minutes.

The refrigerator door popped when opened past 90 degrees.
This was an easy repair. I had already read about the same problem from another of your customers and followed his directions. But more remarkable than the ease of the repair was how quickly I received the part. I ordered the part, using standard delivery, at approximately 2:00 on Thursday afternoon and received it the next morning and had the refrigerator repaired within 24 hours of ordering the part. That's service.. Thanks

The refrigerator door made a loud clicking noise when it opened and closed.
We took the door off the hinge which invovled removing the top screws on the door. The part that broke split in two pieces leaving the shank inside the bottom of the door hinge. The most challenging part of the repair was pulling that piece back out since there was very little to grab on to. Once we got that out it was easy to replace with the new piece.

Refrigerator wasn't "winterized" ..This is a summer home, the cold winter cracked the water valve
I put the new unit up to the old one to see exactly how it goes, took the 2 screws holding the unt off...Took the 3 water lines off with adjustable wrench, put back exactly the same way and it worked with no leaks

After opening (and closing) just past halfway , refrigerator door made a very loud "clunk" noise.
Empty contents of refrigerator door (trust me!). Gently pop off top door hinge plastic cover. Remove two top hinge bolts. Lift door up and off lower hinge pin and place on a towel on a flat surface. Grab the lower hinge cam with pliers and pull out. Mine wasn't broke like others have written, but it was clearly worn. Slide the new cam into place and rehang door in reverse order. Instant fix. 15 minutes work. If I had known how easy and effective the repair was going to be, I would have replaced the freezer side as well because it is just starting to get a little "clunky" noise to it. Thank you PartSelect!
