The dishwasher failed to start.
Initially, I was going to call a repair-person to fix the dishwasher, but decided to check and see what was available on-line. I was very surprised to find a video on YouTube for my specific model. Even more surprising was the relative ease to perform the repairs, after watching the video. I have the proper tools, so I disassembled, per the video and found the problem. I was elated to see how easy it was to order the parts kit. It came in three days, and within 1/2 hour after parts arrival, I had the dishwasher purring like a kitten. What an excellent service. If you can turn a screwdriver, you can fix your appliance, via these well-done videos.

The machine was not draining properly and dishes were not being cleaned thoroughly
The video was great! I couldn't have done it without it. The repair took me a little longer than expected because I did not have the right tools (torx head screwdriver), but once I went out and bought it, the rest was fairly easy. The old impeller had some build-up on it, so it was pretty hard taking it off the motor shaft: this was one of the hardest parts, since I was afraid of forcing it out and breaking something. Once I cleaned up the motor shaft, however, the new impeller went in easily. Both the old impeller and washer seal were damaged. Overall, I was very happy with Partselect's fast shipping, easy-to-use website and incredibly helpful installation videos. The machine is now not only NOT leaking anymore, but dishes are coming out MUCH cleaner. The dishwasher is over ten years old, so I was happy that this low-cost fix made such a big difference and we didn't have to buy a whole new dishwasher.

water running out from under the front door
I suddenly found my dishwasher with a puddle of water across my kitchen floor. Checking the door seals showed me all of them seemed ok. I figured I was going to be out $700-$900 dollars for a new one. First I checked the internet, and thank goodness came across PartsSelect web site. I started reading posts from people with the same problem I had, and the way they fixed it. Not only do they have schematics of the parts for all of the dishwasher, but for some repairs even had a video showing how it was done. Most people stated it was the Pump outlet seal, due to a lose screw from the pump. Sure enough I found a screw in my washer and realized I could see some of the seal sticking out. With the parts numbered it was easy to order what I needed, and shipping was so fast. When I got my parts I did what the video said and in less than 30 minutes had it up and running. $38.15 with shipping was a whole lot better than $700. I am VERY satisfied. I got two seals and a bearing ring, which I needed, for that price.

Soap Dispenser Cover Would Not Open All The Way
Removed dispenser cover by using flat screwdriver, then slid the lid hinge pin and lid spring by pushing the lid hinge pin out on the silverware trade side. Then I put the lid hinge pin back into its place, once started I put the lid hinge spring on the lid hinge pin and pushed the pin into place, used flat screwdriver to put the lid spring in place, then I snapped the soap dispenser cover on the lid hinge pin. It took me about 5 minutes to remove and replace these parts, a very easy repair.

Leaking during cycle
I replaced the seal, still leaked. Once I noticed that it was only leaking from the left side, we did a Google search to find that the screen in the upper left of the door could be the issue, causing back pressure. Once the screen was cleaned, no more leaks.

Not draining
The dishwasher was making grinding noises and then stopped draining at all. I was able to follow the video directions and replace the parts from the drain and wash impeller kit, but it did not solve the problem. Must be the pump or something else. Was worth a try and partselect.com was good with service and price.
