Defrost Heater Harness Needed to be Replaced.
All thumbs, not handy and lacked confidence to even try to fix even simple problems. First, panicked! Next went to U-Tube and imputed Model number of Refrigerator and searched "freezer cold, refrigerator warm." Next, found U-Tube video which showed me how to diagnose, remedy and fix the problem. Determined the problem, and was directed by U-Tube to PartSelect. Searched part name and cost. Compared cost of parts with other part suppliers. Waited about a week to ensure my diagnosis was accurate, then ordered the part. Part came in about 3 days, went back to video instructions from U-Tube, opened area, took pictures and then replaced part. Since then the Refrigerator has worked perfect, let's hope it continues to work well, after this post. New found confidence and belief in my "Handy-Man" ability.

Refrigerator was getting hot, coils freezing up
Turned the appliance off, take the back panel off, defrosted the coils. Put a cork in the drain hole and a towel to soak up the water. Four screws take the heaters off, pull the thermostat from the top coil. Unplug the wire at the top. Install the new heaters, clip the thermostat on the top coil, route the wires around the side, plug in the heaters. Put the panel back on with four screws, turn the appliance back on. You may need to empty the ice container because it will thaw some and freeze back solid. Most of the time spent defrosting the coils
