Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".
Left side rail was completely detroyed.
Real simple actually.... tracked down the model number. Found and ordered the needed part on partselect.... it arrived OVERNIGHT (scary!). Remove the pieces of the old bracket that were laying in the bottom of the fridge. Remove the 2 mounting screws... install the new slide rail with same screws. Re-install drawer. DONE.

Plastic cams had worn out
Took the hinge of the top and lifted door of the bottom. Replaced cams and reinstalled

right slide rail for shelf was broken in front
I loosened to Philip's head screws and removed the broken glide, then replaced the new glide, lining up the holes, and then screwing in the two screws from the old glide. This solved the problem- a quick fix. Thank you!!!!

door would not close on first touch.
I ordered a door closing cam (4320595) to start with and then relized I needed Bottom Hinge Assembly which I ordered#4326874. I had no problem installing. I have returned for credit the door closing cam. I HAD NO TROUBLE INSTALLING THE BOTTOM HINGE ASSEMBLY. ONLY TOOK 10 OR 15 MINUTES. I am a retired building contactor and hade all the toos necessary.

Ice make stopped making ice
Went to GE website and researched the problem for the model, determined that it was 90% sure it was the Ice maker, I ordered it and it arrived the next day, installed it and it began working immediately,

Broken side rails
According to instructions, removed screws from broken side rails, installed new slide rails. The woman that helped with the order over the phone was VERY helpful in determining the correct parts.

The door closing cam disintegrated and had to lift door to close it
Ther was a video on how to repalce this part on your web site. Describing what tools were needed saved me running back and forth to my tool box. I followed the directions given in the video and repair was completed in 1/2 hour. That included meremoving then cleaning and replacing the sheves in the door. And by the way, the part was shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived on my doorstep noon the following day.

small leak in ice maker water tubing on the back side of the fridge
watched a 2 minute video on installing the connector. Then using the utlity blade cut out a 1/3" section of the tubing and installed the connector. DONE! Leak fixed
