Dishwasher Not Cleaning Correctly
Hey I hope this helps someone. . I was quite frustrated with out little dishwasher. It almost seemed that the dishes would come out dirtier than when they went in. Turns out we have hard water and it did a number on the parts of the dishwasher. Luckily, the parts were cheap enough that I thought I would give em a try. Between that and something called "dishwasher magic" I had success! One thing I wished I did differently was that I should have purchased two (2) wash arm retainer clips. . . I re-used an old one but it would have been nice to have all new parts inside. Needless to say, our dishes now are super clean. I have 6 young kids so our dishwasher gets a real workout. I may have to purchase a water softener down the road but for now we'll roll the dice. Hope this helps!

My Jenn-Air dishwasher was missing the toe panel.
the person at part select i spoke to by phone was helpful. the shipping was very fast. i did not need the sound seal, however, as one was already attached to the toe panel. i could not tell this from the pictures online, nor did the customer service rep know this. also, i did not need the screws as the part just snapped in. my dishwasher is stainless steel and the toe panel is black but still looks good.

Themounting brackets were broken and everytime you opened the dishwasher the entire unit would come with the door
I did not receive any instructions -- removed the screws from the unit - along the side - the big discovery was removing the black lining and finding additional screws to loosen. These are probably the only ones I needed to remove.Raised the feet on the dishwasher and then placed the new brackets. Re tightened the screws and I was the hero with my wife. Thanks Gene

Cracked drain hose
Slid washer out from cabinet after disconnecting drain hose from garbage disposal and unplugging from electrical outlet. Was necessary to lay washer on side to disconnect drain hose from the dishwasher. Have towels ready as you will likely have some leftover water in hose & dishwasher. Used tape to secure insulation pad to washer so it would not catch on the side and top of cabinet when sliding back in place. Easy fix.
