Latching mechanism broke / door would not close.
Removed the 11 torx screws from the door panel and separated the inner door from the outer panel to expose the latch mechanism. Killed power to d/w, unplugged the two interlock switches from the old latch and removed it. Installed the new switch assembly and reconnected the switches. Easiest repair job ever - took less than 10 minutes. Only catch is that you need a T-20 torx driver for the screws.

The handle of the door latch assembly broke
After truning off the power, I removed the inside door panel by unscrewing the 11 screws. Next unplugged the latch assembly from the two electrical connections. Connected the two electrical connection to the new part and reinstalled the inside door panel. The only difficulty was that the first part I ordered did not have a handle as part of the assembly.

Door latch would not click into locked position.
Before starting the job, I looked at the information provided from others who had the same problem and had successfully installed the new part. The information provided was the reason I chose your company to purchase the part. THANK YOU!
1. Turned off power
2. Removed screws holding inside of door.
3. Disconnected and removed old part.
4. Removed dishwasher door handle and attached to new part.
5. Connected new part and positioned it in the handle insert. (Be sure the small bars holding it together are firmly in place.)
6. Reattached the door.
Here is the problem: I did not realize I also needed a new door handle as I assumed it would be attached to the new door latch assembly. My door handle is cracked and some of the plastic has broken away. I will now have to order the new handle and pay the cost of shipping that would have certainly been less if I had ordered it in the first place.

Bottom rack was hitting door when opened
I installed additional wheels that had broken off. This was on my elderly mother's dishwasher in Iowa. I was visiting from California for a week when I discovered it was broken. I worried about getting the parts because I was not familiar with the area. PartSelect saved me by getting the parts delivered before I flew back to California. It was really great. Thanks,

door latch and handle broken internally
Internal door panel must be completely removed taking care to uncouple all electrical connectiones as you go. Some connections can be very stubborn so take care and be sure to cut all power to the appliance before starting. Replacing the handle and latch from this point is very easy.

Door Latch Broken, Door Stuck Shut
Ordered the latch part Friday A.M., Saturday afternoon it arrived. My wife repaired it while I supervised. (She doesn't have a tool belt yet). It took longer to pry off the 2 switch connectors than it took to remove and replace all the screws. They were on there pretty good, so we used extra care. Now she's my "Handygirl". Works great. The price was lower than I could find locally too. Thanks for great service.

Dishwasher Not Cleaning Correctly
Hey I hope this helps someone. . I was quite frustrated with out little dishwasher. It almost seemed that the dishes would come out dirtier than when they went in. Turns out we have hard water and it did a number on the parts of the dishwasher. Luckily, the parts were cheap enough that I thought I would give em a try. Between that and something called "dishwasher magic" I had success! One thing I wished I did differently was that I should have purchased two (2) wash arm retainer clips. . . I re-used an old one but it would have been nice to have all new parts inside. Needless to say, our dishes now are super clean. I have 6 young kids so our dishwasher gets a real workout. I may have to purchase a water softener down the road but for now we'll roll the dice. Hope this helps!
