Unplugged stove. Pulled stove out. Unscrewed screws and removed cover. Removed & replaced sensor. Reinstalled cover & screws. Plugged in stove and pushed back in. Only problem was when I pulled stove out, lid opened and disconnected the gas line to a burner.
First time in my entire life ever working on a stole I did not know what I was doing until the Holy Spirit spoken to me I examine your drawing and I say to myself this have to be in the micro which were the temperature switch I did not know how to order on what to look for so Spirit lead me to part select so I type in the word temperature switch and it match up with the one I was holding in my hand and that was it thank you very much I receive it in time to finish cooking have a blessed day thank you very much oh I'm sorry I forgot first I unplugged your stool
I had been putting off this repair for months! I finally sat down to explore ordering the parts. It was so easy - I wish I did it a long time ago. When the parts arrived, they were exactly what I needed.
a really simple fix! the parts came really quickly and all i had to do was pull the heating elements out along with the old drip pans and line up the new pans and push back in. the drip pans weren't 100% perfect as they were a universal fit, and were missing the clips that help the heating elements i nplace, but they look fine and do the job all the same.
Terminal block arc'ed because a wire had become loose.
Ordered and received the terminal block. Installed it along with a new 220V power cord and the appropriate insulator . Ensured the terminals were tight with a nut driver. Reinstalled cover. Then, using the control panel, I did a function check on all the heating elements, clock, oven light, to satisfy all operational requirements. All checked good! And, I was relieved that the control panel had not been shorted out as the terminal block was due to a loose connection. Easy fix.
