KEY-DOOR

This door key is a part for your chest-style freezer door handle. Your freezer will have a lid that locks and unlocks, and the function of this door key is to engage and disengage this lock. The measurements of this part are roughly 2 inches long, and 1 inch wide. If your key is lost or damaged, this is the OEM replacement part you will need. We recommend that when you receive your key, you test it on your lock to ensure that the locking mechanism is working. Also, be careful to store your key in a safe place away from the freezer.

Terminal Cover

This is a terminal cover for the compressor in a refrigerator. This covers the relay and overload switch on the compressor. Once you have gained access to the terminal cover, you will see that the cover is held on by a tension or retaining clip. Simply pop the cover off and replace with the new cover. The cover is made of plastic and is black in color. It measure less than 3 inches long and less than 3 inches wide. This is a genuine replacement part from the original manufacturer.

I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck let's give her a shot ... read more
