1 Turn off power at circuit breaker. 2. Use nut driver to remove the two screws holding element. 3.Remove panel on back off stove to get to the 2 wires that go to unit. The wires will slip right off the element. 4. Remove old element.5.Slide in new element being careful to go through old holes in insulation. 5 P ut the two screws back to hold element. 6. Connett the wire in back to element. 7 Put cover back on. 8. Turn circuit breaker back on. Very easy job.

Removed the racks, used nut driver to remove bolts and pulled old burner out. Pulled connections out of the back of oven wall. Set new burner and connections and replaced screws with nut driver.

First–removed the door. Very simple—lower the small latch on each hinge from the stove side DOWN to the door side to unlock. Second–crawled into the oven to reach the two screws holding on the bake element. Pulled out the element (wires are VERY short) to see if I had a screw-on or the push-on type. Third–went to PartSelect to order the correct element. Waited a few days for shipping to arrive. Fourth–just reversed the steps to install the new bake element. Fifth–installed the door and secured the locking latch back up to the oven side. Sixth–made me some HOT WINGS!

Removed the back top cover with 1/4" nutdriver. Removed the burner terminal block with 1/4" nutdriver. Within 15 minutes had the terminal block kit removed and installed and in service.

Husband just snapped in place in about 8 seconds! Thanks for the fast delivery and pleasant staff assistant.

Required new light lens for oven this type has five (5) of them; only the oven temp light lens was damaged. Ordered from Parts Select.com received item fast in seven days. removed rear guard plate, than oven temperture switch than slid the neon light switch off of the light lens.Lens is removed from the front panel. Installation is reverse order.

This repair was quite a bit more difficult then what had been described on the web site. First off, I have a double wall oven that is built in. Sliding it out of the cabinet was difficult and because oven was hard wired, I had to disconnect the actual wiring from the oven back. . Positioning the oven and allowing for it to rest on a support bench was the most difficult part The oven is heavy. Eventually, removing the back and top panels of the oven revealed the sensor connection. I was then able to feed it through the oven and reconnect all the wiring harnesses.. Getting the oven back in the cabinet was equally a challenge. But it did seem to fix the problem with over heating.
