Burned out Heating coil
I pulled the circuit breaker then took the racks out took the nut driver and turned out the two medal screws then pulled out the coil very carefuly then i unhooked the wires bbeig careful not lose them i bent them and proceded to hook up the coil with no problem works fine bdwargo@ptd.net

Heating element
The oven would not turn off. The heating element was red hot. Had to cut power to the stove to turn off the oven. After I restored power to the oven the oven would not work. I replaced the heating element & oven sensor. Oven work great.

Finding a drip pan that fit so that pots could sit level.
Ordered the drip pan from ParSelect.com. Unplugged element and took out old pan. Placed new pan in and replaced element. For the first time in many years, the part fit.

Right Front [surface burner terminal block kit]
We did the repair by following the inclosed instructions. we are elderly retired average ages 82. This was our first repair and it went very well. We are so pleased to have saved over $80.00 compared with hired labor 3 yre. ago for the same part. Thanks so much for your good service.

Bottom heating element in electric stove was broken
1.)Turned off stove breaker in electric panel 2.)Moved stove and unplugged it 3.)At the back of the stove removed the clips from the bottom heating element 4.)Removed the stove door by opening it half way and pulling up, this makes it easier to reach inside 5.)Removed the heating element bolts 6.) go in reverse order to reassemble. Note: Took the time to give the stove a good cleaning.

Baking element burned into.
Removed two screws holding the element in place. Carefully pulled the element from stove, as not to pull wires off element. Removed wires and installed new element.

rht. front element would not heat properly
I read parts select instructions and i was done in less than 30 minutes. Since 1988, this is the 1st. part that I had to replace. I now have parts select on my favorites list.

Oven not heating although the broiler did heat.
Turn off range circuit breaker; remove and save nuts holding old element; disconnect old element from wires; connect new element to wires; tighten new element in using the nuts you have kept. Turn on the breaker, turn on your oven. WARNING: INSULATION SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM CONNECTED WIRES, OTHERWISE IT BURNS WHEN OVEN IS TURNED ON AND YOU WILL HAVE TO UNDO THE NEW ELEMENT AND PUSH THE INSULATION OUT OF THE WAY AND THEN REDO THE NEW ELEMENT.

element heat wouldn vary
slid the range away from wall. disconnect power. removed back,compared switches and marked wires.installed new switch and wires.the adapter for the control knob was a problem it left the knob out futher than original i had to modify the plastic adapter and got it close enought! the most time spent was cleaning up the floor before putting the range back.

Plastic Roller on hinge broke in half
Following the repair video made the job very easy and quick, about a 5 minute repair. Wife says oven door never worked better. Thanks a lot for all your help.

one oven hinge broken
It took longer to watch the video on how to replace the hinges than it did to replace them. Simple and easy. Video knocked it out of the park for ease. And now the oven door works great! thanks!!!! Video suggested if you're replacing one side do both, couldn't agree more.

broken roller on hinge
I unscrewed the broken hinge, removed the tension spring and replaced the old hinge with the new one. total time 5 mins works great.
