Pin was broken
Removed all three drawers and the glass shelves. Unscrewed the pantry end cap and disconnected the humidity control parts (no tools needed for this part) and installed them on the new part. Screwed the new end cap to the refrigerator and installed the glass shelf, the drawers and the lift up cover for the bottom drawer. This is a first for me to respond to a request for information on installation. I do so because I found the entire process easy, convenient, accurate and the part was delivered as promised. Thanks for a new "favorite".

Drawer lid tab broken
It was very easy. Remove the lid and drawer. Remove the pantry end cap screws then remove the assembly. You will need to remove the long arm that controls the temp, take note as how it fits in the clips. Next, carefully twist the temp control, again taking note on how it came out. Assemble the same way in reverse, start with the control, then the arm, then screw it back into place.

Broken crisper lid pin
I followed the instructions that I got from this site. Removed the drawers and glass shelf which opens up a lot of room to work. I would have been through a lot sooner but it took me a few minutes to figure out that the bar on the rear wall of the refrigerator is the is the key to removing the control slide on the fornt of the panel. Once you remove that bar and remove it from the slide on the side of the panel you can then remove everything. Once I figured that out it was a snap.

Water from refrigerator was slow
So cool that you approached me for an update. I noticed that the nipples on the filter head/ receiver were worn down. So I ordered a new filter head/ receiver with hose and installed on my own for like $45. It's working like new now and I am happy I didn't pay $200 for a repairman. It made my wife happy...happy wife = a happy life! Cheers from Santa Cruz, CA.

Fridge too warm
Temp in fridge stayed around 45-46 degrees even at lowest setting. First went with most probable problem of replacing the Evaporator Motor Kit in lower freezer compartment, no change, next ordered thermistor in fridge area, no change, temp stayed in same range, then tried the Electronic Control Board in top of fridge, fridge works like a charm now. Very easy repair, just follow directions to progam new board. Possible cause a lightning strike near house that fried a TV about 2 years ago - fridge began to freeze items at first and went downhill from there.

Pin broke off by "I don't know". If you see him tell him he owes me some money!
Read as many of the comments on this website as I could. Practiced before the part actually came. Everything fit just according to plan. Hope "I don't know" doesn't return anytime soon.

Light did not come on (bad bulb!) on TC18KL
I have never before seen a bulb with the filament intact not light. If the bulb's filament seems intact, screw the bulb into a known working lamp and see if it lights. When screwing it back into the socket in the fridge, it takes a bit of extra effort to fully seat (until it does, it won't light!). For replacing the switch, I unplugged the unit, used a paint scraper and worked it under the switch bezel from the right side. A bit of moxie, and the switch came out. The replacement switch had a different spade contact spacing than the original. I used a pair of scissors to cut the rubber bridge between the two switch wire connectors so I could connect to the new switch. In the end, it turned out to be the bulb. NOTE: The Model TC18KL is _not_ listed! What I finally found that the number "P7803211WL" on the sticker is actually a manufacturing code. Found this out by searching, and Sears' part search came up with matches.
