The upper portion of the agitator stopped turning
I followed the directions in your site video. I placed the parts order and disassembled the unit. The 15 year old cam kit stuck a bit but came loose after a tap on the unit. The parts arrived the afternoon of the next day. I reviewed the video and assembly was easy. This transaction easily saved me a $100+ a service call would have cost.

The top section of our agitator wasn't turning properly with the lower section
I looked up the issue, and found a related video on YouTube. We ordered the parts, and I was very happy with their price (about 60% less than Sears) and how quickly they arrived. ...... It should be an easy repair, but our agitator top would not separate as it should have. ...... We look it to a local shop, and they said that sometimes the plastic 'fuses' together during factory assembly. They used wire cutters to snip the fused plastic. ...... After that, the rest of the repair was easy: just take out the broken cogs, and insert the new ones, and re-assemble.

The upper agitator was not functioning properly
PartSelect has a training video for this repair. Remove the softener dispenser by popping it up with a flat screwdriver. Reach down inside the agitator and remove the bottom cap. Use a 7/16 socket on a six inch extension to remove the agitator bolt. At this point I recomment pulling the entire agitator assembly out for ease of disassembly and reassembly. Clean as necessary. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the cog assembly. Place the cog assembly on a flat surface and use a flat screwdriver to remove the retainer. Note the position of the cogs and replace with the new. There are two plastic clips on the lower agitator that you can snap off to make reassemble easier. Replace the agitator in the tub. If you don't have a magnetic socket, I find it's helpful to place a small piece of paper towel across the socket to hold the agitator bolt in place as you slide it back down inside the agitator for reassembly. Tighten the bolt. Replace the bottom cap and softener dispenser.pa

The top portion of agitator was inoperative
Followed the helpful video for removal, and replacement. Cleaned the washer tub, and the top and bottom agitator assembly. Assembled per enclosed instruction with the following exception. To reduce the wear on the new plastic parts, applied a thin layer plumber's grease to the spline inside of top agitator, the new cam parts, around the rubber seal on the plastic sealing cap, and bolt threads. Would highly recommend buying and replacing the agitator bolt rubber seal. (Maybe it should also be included in the Agitator Cam Kit) Mine was damaged by over-tightening it. Just snug up the bolt, don't torque it down. There are no more grinding noises, and washer functions normally. Did have a little problem separating the agitator halves at first, but they finally came apart without damage. This was the second repair made to our washer in 13-14 years of service.

Tub was spinning only part time. Had to have help getting started
Installed new clutch assembly and while I was at it replaced the Motor Coupling. Actually, I had a good time doing the repair. I am almost 80 years old, so had to have help laying the washer on backside. Got a small stool from which to work (back problems). The only thing I found the least bit difficult was reinstalling the retaining clip for the clutch assembly. The rest was a piece of cake. Were I to do the same repair now, it would take less than 30 minutes. Washer works like new now. Very proud of what I was able to accomplish. Of course, need to watch the repair video so you will know where to start.

Tub will not spin
After finding out the tub would not spin, I removed the washer to find broken pieces on the floor. I did a google search on my model number and found that the problem was the direct drive motor coupling (it matched the pieces on the floor). So, I watched the "how to" video and I followed the steps verbatim. I found the coupler missing and the plastic pieces on the drive broken. My order came in quickly (within 48 hours) and my washer was running in 20 minutes after receiving the package. It has been great ever since.
