No water from dispenser.
1. Slide putty knife under bottom of Ice/Water Dispenser cover (about 1-2 inches in from each side) and gently pry the cover from the tabs. Once cover is off, remove 2 screws holding water spout on so you can fit the new arm over it and the bracket. Remove the screw holding the right side of the water dispensing arm in place(no need to remove both sides since the left side just slides into place with no spring) with a nut driver and remove the old arm and spring. Position the new arm over the water spout and bracket, install the spring, right arm bracket and slide the left arm tab into the left arm bracket. Position the right arm bracket and install the screw. Re-attach the water spout, the cover and enjoy a job well done.

refrigerator/freezer wasn't cooling
Exactly how the instructional video described it to be. No surprises what so ever. Ended up not being the culprit to my problem. Ordered and installed a bi-metal defrost timer. Also, extremely easy as the instructional video described it to be. Partselect is an awesome resource for knowledge and quality products with very reasonable prices.
