Ice maker quit working and had water leak
Your video was very helpful and accurate. However, my freezer is a bottom drawer type, so I needed to remove the freezer door first. There were 4 nutscrews which needed to be loosened, and door lifted off. Now with the door off, and both baskets removed, access to the ice maker was easy like your video. Also, the freezer compartment was much more accessible for cleaning as well. In 2 days after replacing the ice maker, we have had 2 full batches of ice, with full sized cubes! Your ecommerce shopping, delivery, and instructional videos made for a great on line buying and installation experience. Note: The Dacor ice maker was replaced with a Whirlpool ice maker part. Your replacement part was identical in all respects to the original equipment even though Dacor was not included in your list of compatible brands.

ice maker not working
watched the video you have on installation and followed it with ease. The only part you need a tool is to loosen the first nut and then everything else pretty much pops out and you reinstall with the new part. The icemaker worked within an hour and makes perfect cubes. The videos are super helpful.

The ice maker was corroded and didn't make ice.
Getting the old ice maker out was not difficult - it sits on a small ridge built into the freezer and then it takes three screws to attach it to the side of the refrigerator. Three important things to remember: (1) take off the metal bar that shuts off the ice maker from the old part, the new part doesn't come with the bar; (2) keep the screws and the cap from the old ice maker as they don't come with the replacement part either; and (3) make sure you put the water tube back into the holder otherwise it will pour all over the freezer (and not into the ice tray).

Icemaker making icebergs, then nothing.
The icemaker in my Maytag refrigerator was having a few problems. First, a small leak developed in the ice cube tray, allowing water to drip into the ice bucket. This of course caused the ice to become one solid mass, totally inappropriate for a gin and tonic. After a couple of months of this, it stopped working altogether. On to the internet I went, and discovered how easy this repair actually was. One nut to remove, one to put it back in. The installation video was very helpful. I did have a concern at first because the icemaker did not start making ice rights away. I thought it might be a defective unit. It took about 12 hours to get the first batch and it has been happily cranking out the ice since! Ed in upstate New York.

Icemaker not making ice.
Followed the video as a guideline. It was not exactly as portrayed. My husband and I, being long time do it yourselfer's, were able to get around the differences. There were screws, instead of tabs as pictured in the video, plus had to remove 4 screws instead of one to loosen the old icemaker. After 2 days the icemaker is pumping out loads of ice.

Freezer Cold/Frig Warm
One mnorning the temp on the frig was in the 50's and the freezer was cold. Tried to get someone to come out and repair with no luck. We purchased a new frig. Then I decided to see if I could repair the old one to use. I wish I had discovered partselect before I bought the new one. First I thought from the web site that it was a overload/relay problem so I ordered it and changed it out and it was very easy. Then that did not correct the problem so I checked further and discovered that it could be the defrost heat element and thermostat. On partselect web site I saw where if your coil is covered in ice that this could be the reason. I ordered them and watched the video of how to change them out. The video is a little misleading because chances are you will not have the room around the coil that it shows on the video and also the element and thermostat will not come as one unit as shown on the video. It is still easy to cut the wires ont he thermostat and install it. The heat element is a little tricky to get out and back in and the clips that holds yours might be a little different and more difficult to do than the video but you can do it. All in all I spent about 160. 00 And the frig is working like new.

Light switch in the refrigerator was faulty from the first day we installed the fridge.
I had ordered some other parts for something entirely different off your website and service was great. So after almost ten years of a dark refrigerator, because of a defective switch, I decided to see if you had the part to fix it... You did and the part got here in 3 days. I had a working light switch and all the light in the world where my husband needed it most (in the fridge). It took me at the most ten minutes to replace the part. All is well now and I have a happy husband who can find the leftovers just fine. Thanks for your great service!

Change Ice Maker/ Water Fill Cup
The ice maker change out was easy. The problem was the part came with a different filler cup but the one needed was supplied. Changing to the other cup required taking the ice maker apart and installing the other filler cup. Go to the parts list and find the filler cup. Use instructions found there to change to other cup and then install your ice maker.
