The control panel won't leave Casual load.
Well the video showed us taking off the back. Which wouldn't come off. Welded. Then we could not find the fuse in back of the unit or bottom. The second time we tried we found it in the front. We had to take off the front, bottom cover then we found the fuse. But, it didn't fix the problem. The unit is still on Casual load only. When we push the buttons the other lights light up but goes back to Casual. The unit is clear of lint and still drys but only at the Casual setting.

Dryer stopped running
My dryer had been continuing to run when I opened the door for a couple of months. Then one day after drying 3 loads it refused to start again for the fourth. I googled the problem and found some you tube videos for replacing the door switch. I was having trouble popping the top of the dryer open and one video had the key information to push the top forward from the back. Unplugging the old switch was a bit difficult, but plugging the new on in is easy. Put everything back together and my dryer works again.

Bad Dryer Door Switch
I followed the instructions just like in the YouTube video. The video was awesome! Well lighted, good audio quality, and perfectly illustrated all the steps involved. I had already tried taking the switch out, but I couldn't figure out how to release the clips on the front. The putty knife was just right. I'll definitely be using you guys for any future appliance repairs!

Motor hum on start-up
Trouble shot to failed motor. Ordered motor and new drive belt. The hardest part is figuring out how the dryer dis-assembles. Follow Parts Select on-line instructions. Also, several good instructional videos on You Tube! My recommendation is to order a new "blower wheel" when changing motor on a gas fired dryer. The heat combined with age bonds the blower fan to motor shaft. It had to be broken off in pieces to remove motor.

Dryer would not heat!
After getting on-line to your site we looked up what the problem could be after receiving the dryer from a friend to transfer from electric to gas to save money. First we thought it to be the ignitor and after receiving it so quickly it still didn't work so went to your site again and found the Flame sensor. They were both defective and now it works wonderful!!! Your site also explains what and how to repair the appliance, which my husband appreciated! We are glad you contacted us because your site did not show that we could send you and e-mail Thanking your company for the excellant service we received. Your prices can't compare to other companies either, we were amazed on the differences. When you say the next day delivery, you mean the next day!!! Thankyou and you are now in my Favorites if ever needing parts for other appliances we own.

Belt & clip where both broken
My 11 year old son and I ordered the parts we needed. Saw the GREAT easy installation video, It even was attached to my confirmation. After the parts got here him and I easily took off the old belt and clip, installed the new ones (after watching the viedo again) and we where done. You would have thought we fixed the space shuttle or something because we both smiled all day. My son also told every one that he and his mom fixed the dryer all by ourselves. Costed me only $40 dollars for the parts. I couldn't have even called a repair man out there for that. Thanks soo much.

Door switch inop
I followed the handy video repair guide and had the new part in in less than 10 miuntes. I ordered the parts for my dryer at 3 pm on one day and i received the new parts by 10 am the next day, even though they said with standard shipping, it would be 3 to 5 days. Overall, it was very quick and easy.

Belt broke on dryer, drum therefore wouldn't tumble
Had a hard time at first trying to figure out how to place the pulley wheel that you place the belt around, it holds it in place so to speak, was getting very frustrated came upstairs went on line to your web site and lo & behold there was a video on how to do it, I watched that video (thanks Steve) and went back down cellar and had the belt on in less than 5 mins and everything is working fine. Thanks for all your help Dan
