Gas dryer was not heating.
I ordered the part I suspected....which was indicated by approximately 44% of the users having success replacing the thermal fuse. After watching the video on how to perform the repair, it was a snap! Removed the 9 screws, removed the vent hose, popped out the fuse, and replaced it. After checking to see if that was the problem....which it was, I reassembled the dryer. It only took more time because I chose to vacuum any exposed areas. THANK YOU!

Dryer would not start
Your website described the probability of the problem as being one or both of the replacement parts I bought. You were right. I replaced the two parts and the dryer started and has been operating flawlessly ever since. I would also like to commend you on your very rapid shipping of the parts. I recieved them in less than 24 hours, via Fed-Ex Ground.

Door switch broken, light out
Very easy replacing these 2 parts. Simply unscrew the 2 screws under the lint trap on top and pry open the front top of the dryer (it'll open like a hood on a car). Then just unscrew the 2 screw holding the switch on by opening the dryer door and unscrewing on the switch- unplug the old switch. Installation reverse of removal! For the light, just 1 screw takes the pate off and screw the light in like a night light bulb-- EASY!

Dryer was noisy. Rumbled and squeaked as tub went around.
I highly recommend the videos on this site for repair information. It wasn't exact for the age/model of my dryer but very close. Remove the top panel and then the control panel. Remove the lower front panel and finally the door and main front panel. Unloop the belt from the motor and remove the drum. I found one of the drum rollers was bad, which was causing my problem, but I replace all 4 rollers, the belt, and the idler wheel. Sounds like it did when it was new! Find the video for your model and watch it!!

No Heat
Remove the two screws at the bottom panel. Locate the heat element on the right side. Remove the heat shield for easy removal of the element. One screw holds the element in. Pull the two wires and pull out the heat element. Install the new one in reverse. Test before you close up. This fixed the problem so I did not install the thermal fuse. Although that looks pretty easy.
