top agitator not spining, but bottom ok
took top agitator off, cleaned it (needed anyway), replaced agitator directional cogs, replaced washer (old one was too soft to reseal) upon bolting back together. Oddly the repair kit on this website does not include a washer - I only bought the cogs - it turned out to use the same washer I use on my kegerator

The spin cycle got weaker and weaker and it couldn't spin the wash.
I watched a vidio on YouTube and figured the problem.then I tryed to find the clutch local but no luck! So I yahooed it and found this web sight,I ordered the the part and it came in a few days. The part showed up on a Friday and I put it in the next morning.I watched the link your parts sight refered me to and was very good ! I got all the tools together and started the project,it wasn't the exact same unit but it showed you enough to figure it out.I ran the vidio as I did the project and it went smoothly.I am very happy with the parts, the web sight and the lincks it shared with me . I booked marked the sight for future reference and have already shrared it with someone who has the same problem. thank you for all the help!

The washer stopped agitating but the motor can be heard running.
The video installation instruction was clear and very easy to follow. However, after installing the parts and started testing the washer, the water overflowed. It looks like the water level sensor wasn't working. It caused a little flooding in the area where the washer is. I took the control panel apart once more and this time diagnosed the water level sensor and analyzed how it works. After spending almost 45 minutes with, I detached the hose attachment and blew air which caused air bubbles in the inner side of the drum. I bent the hose to hold the air while re-attaching same to the sensor. This fixed the problem and the washer is once more, operating normally. Please include this part to your video instruction. Overall, it took me 8 hours on the project including the cleanup due to overflow.

washer wasn't agitating
I googled the symptom and watched a video on youtube. From there, I jotted down my machine's model and serial number, and googled 'washing machine parts.' I found your web page to be user-friendly, ordered the agitator cog kit and 3 days later had the parts. It was simple to reassemble. Works like a champ!! I'm a 55 year old single woman.

Agitator spinning, not churning.
watched the parts select video showing how it was done. from there it was a simple process. popped off the fabric softener cap, and the seal cap. then used the socket wrench to unscrew the bolt. took off the cog holder, and turned upside down. The video was great, because it perfectly explained how to position the Agitator Directional Cogs (dogs)when replacing. the ridge went face down into the slot. Put the holder back in, replaced the bolt, cap, etc. and it as finished. Again, this is an easy fix, and the video perfectly explained the process.

Cogs were stripped
Popped the top of the Agitator off by hand, removed the softener cap protecting the Retaining nut by hand and used a 3/8 in socket driver with an extension and a 7/16 in socket to remove the retaining nut. Pulled top of Agitator off shaft, flipped it over and removed the Dog Ear housing. Removed retaining ring, removed and replaced Dog Ears (Cogs) and reassembled...less than 15 minute fix!
