Tub was spinning only part time. Had to have help getting started
Installed new clutch assembly and while I was at it replaced the Motor Coupling. Actually, I had a good time doing the repair. I am almost 80 years old, so had to have help laying the washer on backside. Got a small stool from which to work (back problems). The only thing I found the least bit difficult was reinstalling the retaining clip for the clutch assembly. The rest was a piece of cake. Were I to do the same repair now, it would take less than 30 minutes. Washer works like new now. Very proud of what I was able to accomplish. Of course, need to watch the repair video so you will know where to start.

Tub will not spin
After finding out the tub would not spin, I removed the washer to find broken pieces on the floor. I did a google search on my model number and found that the problem was the direct drive motor coupling (it matched the pieces on the floor). So, I watched the "how to" video and I followed the steps verbatim. I found the coupler missing and the plastic pieces on the drive broken. My order came in quickly (within 48 hours) and my washer was running in 20 minutes after receiving the package. It has been great ever since.

Washer would stop during any cycle until lid is opened and closed.
Unplugged the washer. Removed the 2 screws on back of control panel. Pulled the control panel forward. Flipped the control panel back. Disconnected the cable from the lid switch. Removed the ground screw with a nut driver. Opened the washer lid. Removed the lid switch. Snapped the new lid switch into place. Closed the lid. Installed the ground screw. Installed the lid switch cable. Put the control panel back in place and pushed back. Installed the 2 rear screws into the control panel. Plugged the washer in.

Washer would stop between cycles
I unplugged washer, then, removed the control panel with two screws on back, slid unit back and up. Unscrewed ground screw and unplugged harness, lifted lid and removed switch. In order to re-install lid switch, lid has to be in the up position, otherwise it will not fit properly. Reattach harness and ground screw, then control panel. Plug and go. My wife says that the washer works better than ever. Very easy! Saves money!
