Water leaking in floor
Washer started leaking so I carried it out on the back deck so I could still use it until I had time to fix it, ordered pump, it came in about two days, took about ten minuets to fix and put back in the laundry room. I've had this washer and dryer set for nearly twenty years, I do most things myself, ordering online and having the parts waiting on me when I get home makes things so much easier

Water leaknig from underneath front
Pretty much as directed. My only issue was the rust on the old part. It made it difficult to remove the old and to put on the new one. At first the new one wouldn't fit since the rust had essentially changed the size of the metal rod the new pump had to fit on. So I had to spend time sanding down/off the rust. But in the end I was able to do it and the part works great!

Motor Coupling failed after 20 years!
Determined based on some Internet searches that the part that we needed was the motor coupling; washer would not spin or agitate. Once I figured out how to removed the cover (by the way, one of the guys at an appliance store told me how to do it), and reviewing the video on your website, I removed the two screws and four clips, dropped the motor, inserted the parts and put it back together - all in about 15 or 20 minutes. It was easy and clean and the washer worked again. Hopefully go for another 5-10 years. Thanks.

Leakt water pump
Forget the instruction book, it's too time consuming and it's a knuckle buster. Disconnect all hoses and lay machine on it's back. (Have plenty of rags to soak up the half gallon of water still in the pump). Use pliers to slide back hose clamps on pump and slide off hoses. Use screw drive to snap off clamps holding pump in place. Remove pump. Simply reverse process to install new pump. It nearly was one of my wife's 5 minute jobs she always has on her "Honey Doo" list.

direct drive water pump leaking
watched a video that showed how to repair that you had on your web site. also read some of the remarks that other people left on site, one was super easy. just laid washer on its back, unhooked both water lines from pump. unhooked both metal clips holding pump and pulled off. replaced new pump in reverse order. didn't have to go thru all the procedures of taking off the body or nothing. 15min job.

Motor Coupling Broken
I followed the 'how to' video, stopping the video when needed to complete a portion of the repair. I was doing the repair in a laundry closet, which took me a little longer, but with the right parts ordered and the instruction video this project was easy and does not take very long.

water leaking into tub
The washer breaks down slightly different than shown in the video. Install of the new part went pretty well. It was reinstalling the washer cover that caused most of the grief. You have to have all of that sheet metal lined up just right or it won't go back together. All good now...very happy.
