Center stack (auger) did not turn with agitator
I was skeptical that this would take less than 15 minutes, but it actually took closer to 5 minutes! (1) Remove the fabric softener cup from the top of the auger by pulling up on the collar as indicated. (2) Pry the cap off the auger with a small screwdriver. (3) Use a long 1/2 inch socket extender (with no socket on it) to unscrew the plastic retainer for the mechanism at the top of the auger. Remove the mechanism. (4) In the mechanism, there's a thin collar holding in the agitator directional cogs. Pry that collar up to remove it. This was the trickiest part. I was afraid of breaking that collar but it survived. (5) Replace the cogs. (6) Reverse the previous steps.

Water running from under washer
I found the impeller, in the water pump, had worn thru the front pump housing. Allowing water to leak on to floor. Replaced pump from under washer. Removed two hose's and two retaining brackets. Aligned pump and refastened hose's and retaining clamps. Works great. Thanks to Parts Select for the right part and the right price. Also Fast shipping. Dan H. Poplar Grove Il.

Water not draining.
Started to replace the water pump but looked online at Youtube and everyone said to look at the lid switch first. I bypassed the switch and sure enough that was it! No need for the pump.

Basket Not Spinning during Spin Cycle
Took apart machine exactly as described in the Direct Drive Motor Coupling Replacement Partselect video. Once I lifted out the motor it was clear that the motor coupling was at least part of the issue because it was in place but broken in pieces. I replaced the 2 plastic couplings and the rubber piece and put the machine back together, as described in the video. Afterwards, the spin cylce worked great, quiet and fast as ever. Very happy I did this myself I'm pretty sure I saved a few hundred bucks vs. a repair tech coming to the house. Note that the new couplings require some tapping in order to sink into place.

Washer would not aggitate or spin
I watched the how-to video twice and the repair was just like it. My only tip would be to have a pan or floor drain nearby to empty the drain hose prior to tipping the machine on its back.

every time we ran the washer there would be a small pooling of water underneath. a little investigation indicated a leaking pump seal.
My son and I leaned the washer backward and I had my son hold it while I got underneath of it and unscrewed the two hose clamps to loosen the hoses, pulled them off. Then I flipped the two clamps holding the pump in place and the pump came right off and it took about 2 minutes. I ran into a little problem putting the new pump on because I wasn't getting the drive shaft lined up quite right, otherwise the whole thing would have only taken about 10 minutes total. As it was I got the pump mounted, repositioned the clamps and then hooked up the hoses...done! The design is perfect for ease of pump replacement; kudos to the engineers who designed it!

watched the repair video on u-tube and followed it. Had trouble separating the top agitator from the bottom agitator after removing it from the washer. I tapped the 4 white tabs on the top with a hammer and screwdriver. Top and bottom separated after that.

Top of Agitator Wouldn't Turn
I noticed the top wasn't spinning. I took the cap off the agitator and looked inside it. Sure enough the directional clogs were broken. I had no idea what to do. I went online using my phone and discovered partselect.com With their wonderful help I was able to find out what part I needed and order it right from my phone. It only cost me $10 bucks to get it delivered to my house and it shipped in 3 days. I am 21 years old and this was my first washer. Thanks to part select I can keep my washer. Partselect saved me well over $150 dollars plus labor. I will definitely use partselect again!!!
