Iscles Hanging From Underside Of Icemaker & Frozen "Pudles" In The Ice Bin.
Previous to installing the new ice maker - I replaced the dual inlet water valve per the instruction video I found @ partselect website. That did not solve the problem <> I also adjusted the timer on the old ice maker down - per another video / which also did not solve the problem. Then I viewed the video on icemaker replacement - ordered the ice maker & 3 days and 15 minutes later <> the problem was fixed ! This web site is "fantastic" ! Thankyou partselect for your assistance ! ! !

condenser fan motor making alot of noise, possibly going out.
A bit of a tight squeeze for my hands, but very basic as I followed the instructions and watched the installation video. I only had the fridge unplugged for about 20 min..The fridge is as quiet, as it was brand new. The only tool I needed was the 1/4 inch socket wrench. A portable lantern was very helpful as well. Runs very quiet now, like new! Thx!!!

old icemaker went bad the form tray bubbled up and held cubes in place that stripped the drive gears at the motor end
Watch the u-tube video first ,Then read instructions that came with new unit ! so darn easy. unplug fridge, remove ice bin, clean and dry bin before putting back in service! stick flashlight in freezer loosen 2 top screws remove 1 bottom screw, unmount unit, unplug wire harness, remove icemaker and put on table, close freezer door !! , Remove sensor arm from old unit in down position and install in new unit. plug in new unit and reattach in freezer. replace ice bin and plug in fridge, that's it!, It took about 2 hours for the icemaker thermostat to say OK lets go had a load of ice in aprox 3 hours from finish. piece of cake.
