The refrigerator would not cool
Only the compressor fan was running with no cold air, the compressor wouldn't kick on. I pulled the start relay and the disc inside was in pieces ( rattled when you shook it). I ordered the new one and installed it. The compressor started running right away and cold air was delivered to the freezer.

Old refrigerator drawer gave up the ghost--don't know why--plastic became brittle
Parts Select Website was very easy to use, selected the correct part for me with no problem. Same drawer as Sears was selling but for much less money. Drawer came in new from the factory. Great Service, Fast Delivery. The shipper had damaged the drawer--something poked through the box and put a whole in the drawer--a small one cause by a sharp instrument of some kind. Called parts select, the problem was very simply rectified by refunding my money and then I bought a new drawer at the same time. No fuss, no muss. Fast delivery and great service.

Ice bin auger drum had broken
Removed the auger apparatus from the ice bin, replaced the auger drum and then reattached the auger apparatus to the bin. Cause of breakage was due to ice melting in the bin and then refreezing. Keeping the many parts in the correct order on the auger can be difficult.

The video of the repair that was on your website was extremely helpful. It showed in detail how to replace the parts item by item. I could not have done it correctly without the video. I believe anyone could have replaced these parts with your instruction video.
