The refrigerator door would not close completely
Removed the refrigerator door (after taking everything out of the shelves). Took the old Lower Door Closing Cam off (it was totally worn down), installed the new one, rehung the door. Rehanging the door took a couple of tries to get it properly aligned. Very easy fix, We thought we had to replace the refrigerator since it is 14 years old, but this fixed the problem completely!

Ice maker was not working (door ice container)
1. I first confirmed that the problem was a bad Infrared Ice making control board (Watched flashing of red light on right side of freezer - solid light would not occur when holding flap on left side of freezer). 2. I unplugged refridg,3. unscrewed both sides of the control unit and disconnected wire clips to the electronic boards. 4.popped in new Boards on both sides and connected clips onto each board. 5. Screwed the boards and covers to walls of freezer. 6. Plugged power back into wall and checked Red light again (when holding flap in, a continuous red light verified it would work). closed freezer and shortly ice was being made. Simple process. (careful using Screwdriver to help take wire off of boards - a small clip holds wire clip on - you need to stick screwdriver into back of clip while unconnecting). Easy and my ice worked perfectly.

No ice production.
We had cleaned the electronic eyes off several times which yielded one or two days of ice production. Since we could tell the ice maker was receiving water and producing ice we went ahead and replaced the controller. Now the ice maker is working like a champ. The instructions were easy to follow and the part was delivered quickly. Unplugged the fridge. Three screws on opposite sides of the freezer, plug in the emitter and receiver boards and replace the screws. Plug the fridge back in and away it went.

Ice dispenser door dislodged/broken-causing ice/frost in freezer
Watch the Video! My reefer's ice door/spring 'pin' removal and installation is different than what is shown in the video. That is, my spring 'pin' looks more like a long nail (with a head on the right end). After inserting the left end of the pin into the hole, the head end drops down into a notch, which makes removal and installation easier than what is shown in the video. It is much easier to reinstall everything if the 'ice-chute' is installed first. Then, maneuver the ice door assembly into place and install the pin. I used Blue masking tape to hold the control panel up and out of the way. This is the second ice-door repair since I've had this refrigerator. It seems to occur with 'heavy' use of "crushed" ice. Some crushed ice backs up behind the ice door/flap, jams/holds the flap open, letting warm air into the freezer, causing the crushed ice to freeze into a big 'clump' of ice (too big to come out of the chute, and causes frost in the freezer. If you get a clog like this, I suggest removing the ice "bin" and gently clearing the clog from the top side of the ice chute with tongs or needle nose pliers. If you try to remove the clog from the bottom of the ice chute, the door becomes dislodged or breaks...

Rear shelf stud with sharp edge broke plastic slide on drawer.
I pulled the broken drawer out. I removed the screw in the existing stud with a phillips screw driver. I replaced that stud with the one I ordered and the new screw that came with it and I slid in the new drawer. Very easy. In fact the most difficult part was finding this website, but I've book marked it just in case I need more parts in the future. Thanks for the clearly marked photos on the website so I knew exactly what to order and for the quick delivery of my parts!

Ice maker stopped making ice.
After determining by the flashing light code what the problem was, I ordered the parts. Once the parts arrived, it took 15 minutes to install them by the instructions that came with them and two hours later I was making ice again. Very easy repair and there is a video on the website that shows exactly how to do it.
