I simply watched the repair video and did it! Super easy, needed start device and capacitor. As easy as unplugging the old and adding the new. The video helped and gave me confidence. Wives can fix fridges too! Saved me $2500. Looks like I'll need a new excuse if I want a new fridge.

Removed the nut holding the plastic cover plate at the top of the door. Removed the 3 nuts holding the latch to the fridge. Lifted the door up and laid it on its' side. Removed the nut holding the door cam and replaced it with the new one. removed the nut holding the lower door cam and replaced it. Put a little vaseline on both cams and re-in-stalled the door. Took less than 15 minutes and the door is like new. Watching the video on the web site was perfect.

Removed food from door. Shut off fridge. Removed dust cap at top hinge. Marked location of top hinge with masking tape so lining up when reassembling would be easier. Removed screws holding top hinge to fridge. Removed door, placed on blanket&towel. Removed old door cam. Put on new door cam. Removed old hinge cam. Put on new hinge cam. Put door back on. Replaced top hinge, lining up with tape. Replaced dust cap. Note that door did not really self close very well until it was filled with food. By far the hardest part of the whole operation was that my wife wanted to clean the fridge in the process!

It was very helpful.I removed the old ice maker and installed the new one within 15 minutes. A hour later it was working like new dumping ice. Anyone can do it. Its very easy. 100% satisfied.

After unplugging the microwave and removing the screw, I removed the old bulb and put in the new one!! I made sure it was in securely and the difference in the light was awesome! I use this light when I bake bread and let it rise inside the microwave, but DO NOT turn it on. The heat from this light helps the bread to rise properly!!

I just want to share with everyone what a great experience this was. I called on a Monday night after the bottom shelf in our fridge broke and juice had just spilled everywhere. Needless to say I was annoyed so when I actually got in contact with a person instead of a machine I was excited. I did not get her name but she quickly helped me locate the model number, and even described the shelf to ensure it was the correct piece. She gave me the price, took my CC#, and within minutes the part was ordered. I could not believe that the part arrived the very next day - less than 24 hours. I was very impressed. The ice maker was replaced easily with the help of the repair video. However, that did not fix the problem. With further investigation I found that the more common problem was the emitter boards. I replaced the new ice maker assembly with the old one and ordered the emitter boards. Partselect allow easy return of the new ice maker and I received the emitter boards and easily replaced them and ice is making as I type. Great experience and supper helpful repair videos.

This is a very easy fix. Begin by emptying the contents of the door. Then, just remove hinge cap and remove the three hinge screws. The door can then be lifted off the hinge pin and placed on its side. Once this is done, replace the two can pieces (one on the door and one on the frame). Then just lift the door back in place and secure the hinge. This job can be done by one person (maybe two if you need help place the door on a work surface) and will take just 15 minutes.

Took out the door bins, 1 bolt on the plastic cap, 3 bolts on the hinge, took the door off, replaced cam at the bottom, all same size bolts, reset the door spent longer time cleaning the door selfs all done by my self in less than 30 min. others said it helped to have second pair of hands "my wife would of just got in the way :)"

In the freezer on the upper left hand side is a small spr ing loaded door that opens when you open the door and closes when the ice maker container makes contact with it.The video did not show the worker making contact with the door or even addressing the potential problem of the door continually staying open as you try to fit the ice maker into the space vertically as the videe showes. What happened is that I almost broke the door off just trying to fit the maker into its tracks. I finally taped the door closed so I could fit the maker in. I used painters blue tape and so far it is still working. The ice maker is working also. Either make the installer aware of how to temporarily stop the door from inteferring with the install or just have him tape it before he starts to install the new maker.

I watched the video and thought "I can do this". Made some notes and then proceeded to remove the old switch and replace with the new one. Thank you.
