Removed lower rack assembly from dish washer and placed on counter top upside down on a towel. Removed all eight (8) wheel studs (axles) and wheels. Installed new wheel stud/axles into the back side of the new wheels by pressing them in with hand pressure until the wheels snapped onto axles. Inserted the assembled wheels and axles onto the same studs the old wheels were on. Pressed the upper portion of the new axles onto the wire basket until they snapped into place. Re-installed lower rack assembly. This was really a snap to do. It is best to replace all of the wheels and axles at the same time, or you will be back later to replace more.
