take cover off, remove transmission, take rear panel off, take casing off to get to transmission. Remove transmission. Remove wiring. Remove agitator, Remove Transmission, with motor attached and pump. Replaced sound deadening ring. Put back together. Length of time to put it back together and pictures to correspond to the washer , it did not show the sound deadening ring placement in pictures to well in the manual and a lot of parts to take out to get at it. The manual should show each machine separately it covers to many machines. One should be for each model number each manual.
