cracked vegetable pan

Made the order which came in a timely fashion. But the new pan was cracked. I immediagely called. The agent was friendly, personable, and helpful. She ordered a new pan, but it didn't come as it was supposed too.Yesterday I went to the barn and , yep, it was there! Why FedX put it there I don't know. But it is in good shape. Only complaint it that I have to keep the other part for 30 days to wait for notification whether they want it back or not! Otherwise very glad to have this issue solved.
