After taking the dryers back panel off with a small socket, I located the faulty timer, removed the wires and inserted them on the new timer, removed the screws (2) holding the timer in place. Placed the new timer in position, screwed it in place, and closed the unit. Put the knob in place and tried it out. Works perfect. Time to install? Less then 10 minutes!
