Removed the cap, used 7/16" socket with 10" extension to loosen the bolt. Removed entire agitator assembly together. Used needle nose pliers to remove cam. Separated upper agitator from lower. Replaced thrust washer. Placed new cam and dog ears in upper agitator and joined upper with lower agitator. Insert new o-ring around cam. Tightened bolt back into place, closed cap. Grabbed upper agitator and rotated back and forth ensuring dog ears were gripping. Kit came with all the parts needed, order grease if needed, I did not. This job took about 5 minutes to complete, diagrams in the box help if you can't remember the order of parts assembly.
