The machine is almost 20 years old, we are a family of 6, and this was the first repair we have had to make. The repair was fairly simple.
The dog-leg catches had worn down and the agitator would only catch periodically or if there was a small load. One socket, a 6" extension, and a ratchet were all I needed.
I ordered the parts from Parts Select online and they were shipped the same day. And they were less expensive than anywhere else I could find. I had them in the machine 2 days later. The directions and parts were easy to follow. There was everything I needed. Even if you're not mechanically inclined, don't be afraid to try this.
If I need parts for any of my appliances, from now on, I'll check Parts Select online.
Sincerely,
Charlie K.
