The machine had the vibration for sometime but still worked so we left it alone until it stopped working. After some trouble shooting I discoverd 1. both lower shocks were broken off and the tub had hit the controller connector on the front right side so hard it had come loose. After plugging it back the washer worked again so I ordered the shock absorber kit from part select. I was able to install it by only removing the front lower cover. The pins took some effort to push back in but the parts fit perfectly and we are back in business. I had to use a large set of channel locks to force the pins back in as well as tapping them with a hammer.
