upper wash arm broke

received the kit in the mail...seemed to be too loose after installation...sure enough, arm kit fell off after using dishwasher twice. Called PartSelect toll free number and within minutes, another kit was on it's way free of charge. All parts are guaranteed for one year. New kit arrived in two days and re-installed. Now is working great!! Thank you PartSelect...great place to order and work with.
