Unplugged fridge from power source. Removed all items and racks from freezer, this is a side-by-side, removed 2 screws on top of rear panel in back of freezer. Removed 2 screws holding defrost heater in place. Unplugged 2 wires to heater. Plugged wires into new defrost heater, installed 2 screws holding heater in place. Used hair dryer to thaw ice build-up on tubing and fins. Installed rear panel. Installed all racks and food. Plugged fridge back in.
